Kairven offers a 30-day return period, subject to the terms stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.

For customers in the United Kingdom purchasing online, statutory cancellation rights may also apply. Consumers generally have the right to cancel qualifying distance purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Nothing in our voluntary 30-day return policy reduces your statutory consumer rights.

However, products purchased through our store are sold by Kairven, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Kairven and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, providing customer support for our products or resolving disputes arising directly from purchases made from Kairven, except where Shopify independently provides a particular service.
